San Toribio is well known as the patron saint of immigrants.

The man, San Toribio, was born in 1900 and joined the priesthood early in life. At the age of only 27, he died at the hands of federal solders while giving Mass to the peasants on the Aqua Caliente ranch located in the Tequila region of Mexico. A hundred years after his birth, on May 21, 2000, Pope John Paul II canonized a group of 25 saints and martyrs from the Cristero War. San Toribio was one of those. This group of saints share the feast day on May 25th.

Our restaurants pays tribute to the spirit of San Toribio, because we are all immigrants in one way or another. But wherever we come from, we all seek a place to take our families for food. At our restaurants, we provide great food at a great value in an atmosphere that is family friendly. When you come into our restaurant, we want you to feel like family.
